If S is written on the seat number, it means that your ticket belongs to the sleeper. Apart from this, if B1 or B2 is written on the ticket, then understand that the ticket is of 3rd AC. Today we will tell you about the M code. If M is written on your ticket, then understand that your ticket (AC 3) is of economy.
It has the same coach as AC 3, but this coach has less facilities than AC 3. Its fare is also less as compared to AC. The coaches with M code have been added to only a few trains. M code coaches are one class above sleeper coaches and one class below AC 3 coaches. The AC-3 tier economy coach has 83 seats instead of 72.
