Let us tell you that if you do not do this work after December 31, then you will not be able to make UPI payments from the phone and your SIM card is also likely to be blocked.
First of all, if you have not used your UPI ID for 1 year or more, then your UPI ID will be deactivated on December 31, i.e. from the first day of the new year, you will be able to use your own UPI payment like Google Pay, Phone Pay and Paytm. To avoid this, the UPI ID will have to be blocked till December 31.
Secondly, according to the new rule of the government, it will be difficult to get a UPI SIM card, due to which biometric details will have to be provided on getting a new SIM card. If you haven’t used your Gmail account for 2 years, your account will be closed. The new rules will apply to personal Gmail accounts and will not apply to schools and business accounts.
