The cold weather has made it difficult for children to go to school. Children are afraid to go to school. Parents are afraid to send their children to school. In view of the increasing effect of cold, the Kosi Block Commissioner changes the timing of the government school.
The order will be applicable in three districts
In view of the cold conditions, the Divisional Commissioner has changed the timing of the school. The order will be implemented in three districts – Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura. In a letter sent to the DMs of the three districts, the Commissioner has fixed the school timings for classes 1 to 8 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm and for classes 9 to 12 from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Some time ago, the timing of government schools was fixed from 9 am to 5 pm by the education department. At the same time, teachers and children go to school. In the letter issued by the Commissioner, he has also made it clear that the teachers will come to school at the same scheduled time.
