Desk: There are many good schools in the country. These include the military and military schools. People are eager to get their children admitted to these two schools. But there is a lot of interest in these two schools.
Actually, it is easier for soldiers and those who study in military and Sainik schools to get a job in the army. Those who study from here get officer-rank jobs in all three armies. The Army has several ranks, including lieutenant, sub-lieutenant, and flying officer. In such a situation, both schools have a lot of enthusiasm.
Exams are conducted every year for admission to Sainik Schools. Now the number of Sainik schools in the country has increased to 75; earlier, this number was only 33. Recently, the central government has increased the number of Sainik schools running under the partnership.
In the Sainik schools of the country, admission is done in classes 6 and 9. Forms for admission to these schools are issued every year, and for this, admission is given through an entrance examination. These exams are conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
All schools in the country are run by the Sainik School Society (SSS). It is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Defense. All Sainik Schools are English-medium residential schools affiliated with the CBSE Board.
These military schools prepare cadets to join the officer training academies of the National Defence Academy NDA, Sadakvasala Pune, Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, and others, the booklet issued by the institute said. The annual fee for Class 6 cadets at Sainik School, Ghodakhal, Uttarakhand, is Rs 1,42,271.
The merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination. Separate classes have been arranged for boys and girls.
There are a total of five national military schools in the country. The school has classes 6 and 9. Admission to these schools is also given through an entrance test conducted at the national level. Candidates will have to appear for a common entrance test. For the 6th entry, the age of the child should be a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 12 years. Similarly, for admission to class 9, the age of the candidate should not be less than 13 years or more than 15 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated on March 31st of the year of admission.
