In such a situation, the government is also making separate arrangements for VVIP tourists. Electric cars have been introduced to make Ayodhya a city with net zero carbon emissions.
“To ensure that the VVIP tourists do not face any inconvenience during their visit, 12 electric cars have been deployed. All these 12 electric cars have been deployed for reception at Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station, Ayodhya Dham Junction.
Dilip Pandey, the supervisor of the electric car taxi service, said that all these electric cars will be deployed for all the people who will come here to visit the Ram temple. Currently, “there are 12 cars that will be available for booking through the mobile application.
“By January 22, the number of more cars will be increased. These electric cars will help in visiting all the religious centres like Ram Janmabhoomi, Suraj Kund, Surya Nadi, Bharat Kund. The fares for these electric cars will start from Rs 250 for 10 km. At the same time, it will cost 400 rupees for 20 kilometers and up to 3000 for 12 hours.”
After this, any other electric vehicles will be made available for Ram devotees going to Ayodhya. These electric cars will be deployed at special places in Ayodhya. In the future, all these electric cars will be connected to the mobile app.
With this, tourists will be able to book easily through the mobile app. Trials of these made-in-India electric cars have been started for people coming to Ayodhya Cantt station. People travelling by electric cars have also been asked to share their experiences.
