Bihar Police is providing special facilities to the citizens living in the state. Actually, under the Bihar Police Mission Jan Seva, help will be provided online / through WhatsApp for various types of problems.
This will benefit the people of Bihar. This information has been published publicly by the official Bihar Police General Administrative Department for all the people of Bihar. Let’s see what those problems are.
Under Mission Jan Seva, 9 types of public services including character certificate, passport and license verification will be provided online / WhatsApp by Bihar Police. These services are currently being provided in manual code. Now it will be offered in both modes.
These include assistance in tenant verification, appointment of security guards for apartments, businesses, CCTVs, etc. In case of theft of any document, phone and vehicle, e-FIR / FIR will be registered. The facility of e-station diary (Sanaha) will be provided. Anyone can file a complaint online.
The team will reach Dial-112 in 20 minutes
The ADG said that under Mission Jan Seva, the target is to provide Dial-112 facility for Emergency Police Response Service, Ambulance and Fire Service within 20 minutes. The objective is to hear the complainants within 30 minutes in any police office or police station. The investigation of the complaint will be completed within 30 days. If the plaintiff demands a copy of the report, he will be given a copy of the report except in sensitive cases.
Complaints will be registered through WhatsApp in Mission Jan Seva
According to the Bihar Police Mission Public Service, the plaintiff can be informed of the progress of the investigation. A copy of the FIR and Sanha will be provided to the complainant free of cost. Necessary information will be given to the people through WhatsApp groups. Complaints will be heard through Facebook Live and video conferencing.
From the SP to the Additional Superintendent of Police, the hearing will be for two hours. It has been started as an experiment in five districts – Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur and Gaya. After its success, it has been started in other districts as well.
