According to railway officials, now the railway is going to run a direct train from here for the people of Bhagalpur to visit the grand Ram temple and Ram Lalla being built in Ayodhya. Let’s know about the route and time table of this train.
The Aastha special train will arrive at 12:11 pm on Monday. After a five-minute halt, the train will leave Bhagalpur at 12:16 pm. The train will run from New Bongaigaon station of Northeast Frontier Railway to Ayodhya via Bhagalpur and Jamalpur. The train will leave from New Bongaigaon on Monday, February 5. In return, it will move from Ayodhya to Bhagalpur at 8:30 pm on Wednesday, February 7. The train will have 24 ICF rakes.
The Dainik Rail Yatri Sangh has expressed displeasure over the operation of only three trains even after almost eight years of the inauguration of the Munger rail-cum-road bridge and demanded the Railway Minister to ensure maximum utilization of the installed capacity of the bridge. He has demanded to provide more and more regular and suitable rail facilities to the common people.
